The CDA Resort has offered us a room block for the night of the Gala. Please check the rates HERE. Rooms must be reserved by January 24th, 2025 to receive the discount.

VIP Cocktail hours starts at 5pm for our Sponsors. General admission is at 5:30. When you arrive, please see the attendants at the door to check in and receive your bidder number and seating assignments for the evening. We’ll have people stationed just inside to help you find your table should you need assistance.

Ron Greene and Friends will be providing live music for the event, and a dance floor will be front and center.

Once you are inside the doors, please make sure to stop at the photo stations and commemorate your evening with us by letting our photographer snap a quick photo, and visit our 360 photo booth, sponsored by Serv Pro and Rod & Jean Genter.

The casino experience is open to everyone. The poker tournament had to be postponed and will not be taking place. We hope to bring it back in 2026 with more advanced notice! You will receive your initial chips at the casino tables, and can play and then exchange your winnings for raffle tickets for prizes stationed near the casino area. The casino experience and silent auction tables will wrap up promptly before dinner is served and we get into the live auction portion of the event.

The No-host bar stations will be located at the rear of the room. You may use our beverage ticket there – good for one free beverage.

There will be opportunities to purchase raffle tickets for 3 separate prizes, including a diamond necklace donated by Clark’s Diamond Jewelry, A whiskey raffle, and a Card Flip raffle where the winner will receive their pick of all of the live auction items available BEFORE the live auction starts. Everyone who attends will receive a raffle ticket for our surprise Grand Raffle Prize. Best of luck to everyone!
